Conveyor Package from One Source: Chains, Geared Motors and Belts from Germany

A conveyor is more than a chain or a belt. It needs a drive, a transmission element, safety devices and, for bulk material, often vibration technology at chutes and hoppers. Buying these parts from several suppliers means several inquiries, several shipments and several delivery dates. VBN Vertriebs GmbH supplies the main parts of a conveyor drive train from one source, from Germany.

What a conveyor drive train needs

Chain or belt: original AUFT conveyor chains, roller chains and sprockets or Habasit conveyor belts and power transmission products
Geared motor and inverter: NORD DRIVESYSTEMS geared motors and frequency inverters or SEW-Eurodrive drives and spare parts
Safety: DOLD safety relays and Schmersal safety switches, including rope pull switches and door switches for conveyor guarding and emergency stop
Bulk material flow: NetterVibration vibrators for silo, hopper and chute emptying

Typical situations where one supplier saves time

Worn drive train: chain, sprockets and geared motor are replaced together during a planned shutdown.
Line retrofit or extension: new conveyor sections need chain, drive and safety devices that match the existing line.
Spare parts kit: a set of critical spares for the season, ordered once and shipped together.
Export projects: one consolidated shipment with one set of documents instead of several partial deliveries.
